Overview:
You are requested to submit a proposal for the undertaking:
Development of Project Baseline Video of Developing Climate Resilient Livelihoods in Vulnerable watersheds in Nepal (DCRL), as per the enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).
To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

Your offer comprising of technical and financial proposals for the task, in two separate sealed envelopes or through email with passcode protection in financial proposal (passcode of the financial proposal will be asked by DCRL team if the technical proposal is qualified) should reach the following address no later than 05:00 PM NST on 13th February 2022 to the Project Management Unit.
