The partner orientation and interaction meeting was organized from 30-31 May 2022 with the primary objective to orient the DCRL’s programmatic compliances, as well as financial and administrative requirements, in the project’s implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Furthermore, the program was designed to review progress made thus far and to discuss issues, challenges, lessons learned, opportunities, and the way forward in order to smoothen project delivery in the field in the coming days.
In total 25 people attended the orientation event including 5 females. The event was attended by representatives from the Department of Forests and Soil Conservation (DoFSC), Basin Management Center-Koshi, Soil Conservation, and Watershed Management Office-Okhaldhunga, Division Forest Offices from Khotang and Okhaldhunga, UNDP and DCRL.
