At the grassroots level, eight Local Level Implementation Committees (LLIC) are formed, led by Mayors or Chairpersons of the respective Municipalities or Rural Municipalities. The committee comprises municipal level thematic officers, representatives from local NGOs/CBOs, community members, and on-the-ground project staff. This committee plays a crucial role in engaging local communities in decision-making, overseeing project implementation, and conducting Monitoring and Evaluation.
