At the Provincial level, an inter-ministerial Project Coordination Committee (PCC) will be formed under the leadership of Province Secretary of Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forests and Environment , Province 1.
The members would include:
- Representative, Province Forest Director,
- Representative, Ministry of Financial Affairs and Planning,
- Representative, Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperative
- Representative, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Development
- Representative, Koshi River Basin Management Officer,
- Divisional Forest Officers -Khotang and Okhaldhunga,
- Representative, Provincial Planning Commission
- Division Chiefs, Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Environment and Forestry (MoITFE)
- Project Coordinator
- Member secretary: Watershed Management Officer-WMO Okhaldhunga
