DCRL and Institute of Engineering (IOE) signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) to assess climate induced multi hazards vulnerability and risk in the lower Dudkoshi watershed. Prof. Dr. Shashidhar Ram Joshi, Dean of IOE, Tribuvan University and Mr. Man Bahadur Khadka, Director General, DOFSC and National Project Director for DCRL jointly signed an agreement during a signing ceremony today in the DOFSC premises. DCRL is thrilled to establish a technical excellence partnership with IOE.
